Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Best known as Citrus Pays founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. Thats how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea : to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money.

From our humble beginnings, we&aposve strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.7 million + happy users on Jupiter.

Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations.

Requirements :-

- Minimum 6 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, payment.
- Strong understanding of payment processing technologies and industry regulations.
- Strong understanding of Indian payment systems UPI, cards, wallets, bill payments, merchant transactions, etc
- Experience developing technical roadmaps and plans to implement solutions, and effective communication of the roadmap to cross-functional stakeholders..
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to execution
- High user empathy ability to solve real problems through customer-first solutions.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, using data to define and measure product success.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and compliance.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities :-

- Own the payments product roadmap from strategy and prioritization to execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance, CX) to deliver high-impact features.
- Drive innovation in digital payments build seamless, intuitive, and secure user experiences.
- Track and analyze product performance, define key success metrics, and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment in all product launches.
- Act as central point of contact to liaison with various stakeholders to ensure consensus are faster, any roadblocks are killed, answers to compliances are met & desired outcomes are achieved on time.
- Should be able to articulate your thoughts and ideas, communicate with key stakeholders (which include technical and business teams across the organization) and leverage those discussions to translate business requirements to the engineering team.
- Act as a user&aposs advocate in articulating their needs & pain points. Create optimized persona & scope aligned to conversational journeys so as to guide users through a multi-channel digital experience.
- Remove roadblocks, build consensus, and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically including the ability to formulate data-driven and result-oriented decisions.
