Job Description About The Role Grade Level (for internal use): 10 Role: Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in Scrum Team Location: Ahmedabad Team: You will lead multiple scrum teams across offices, driving Agile transformation and delivery excellence. Teams are domain-focused and aligned with organizational priorities. Impact As a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead, you will: - Serve as a strategic facilitator between Product Owners, Developers, QA, UAT, and business stakeholders. - Champion Agile best practices, coach teams, and remove organizational impediments. - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely rollout to production. - Mentor and develop Jr. scrum masters within the organization. - Influence organizational Agile maturity and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Basic What We're Looking For: - Degree in Computer Technology or related field. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities. - Strong estimation and analytical skills. - Proven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery. Preferred Qualifications - Experience leading multiple scrum teams or large-scale Agile programs. - Expertise in risk identification and mitigation. - Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. - Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP). - Experience mentoring and developing Agile talent. - Strategic thinking and ability to influence organizational change.
