This role will work closely with Pharma and CRO clients to shape digital solutions, lead proposal development, and build transformative strategies using AI, data, and platform-centric innovations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities - Lead solutioning across the Pharma value chain, including: - Pre-clinical and clinical trial digitization (e.g., eSource, EDC, DCT enablement) - Clinical operations optimization and patient data flow management - Lab digitization and automation with LIMS, ELN, CDS platforms - CRO workflow modernization including site engagement, eCOA, and data submission support - Real-world data integration and analytics for post-approval studies and evidence generation - Commercial analytics and omnichannel launch strategies - Shape data-centric solutions across structured/unstructured clinical and real-world data, with cloud-native architectures and AI enablement. - Ideate AI/ML-enabled or NextGen solutions for: - Trial optimization (site selection, patient matching, adherence prediction) - Patient journey analytics and digital twin use cases in commercialization - Brand performance forecasting and medical rep targeting - Build differentiated proposals, solution POVs, and reusable digital assets for Pharma and CRO clients. - Collaborate with delivery, product, and platform teams to co-develop ready-to-deploy solution frameworks and demos. - Contribute to GTM initiatives by creating internal playbooks, sales kits, and co-innovation plans. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or Data/Engineering fields. - 10+ years of experience in pharma technology services, clinical systems, or commercial pharma analytics. - Deep understanding of end-to-end pharma processes, including clinical development, lab workflows, commercial ops, and data governance. - Experience in solutioning around platforms like Medidata, Veeva Clinical Suite, Oracle Clinical, LabVantage, Spotfire, and Snowflake. - Strong knowledge of CRO operating models, including site engagement, monitoring, and data services. - Hands-on experience in developing solution architectures using cloud (AWS, Azure), AI/ML frameworks, and analytics platforms. 🔹 Preferred Background - Previous experience in top IT engineering or ER&D organizations with Life Sciences clients - Proven track record in solving for digital trials, lab modernization, or post-launch data integration. - Familiarity with DCT frameworks, ePRO/eCOA, and digital patient experience platforms. Strong collaboration, presentation, and executive communication skills. Position JD#2 We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect with deep expertise in MedTech product engineering, connected device ecosystems, patient data management, and health cloud platforms. This role will be instrumental in supporting our global solutioning team by driving deal support, POV creation, solution frameworks, and strategic innovation for our connected care and digital MedTech clients. 🔹 Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of end-to-end digital MedTech solutions, especially in areas like device connectivity, remote diagnostics, post-market surveillance, and patient data platforms. - Convert business requirements and client pain points into technical solution blueprints and proposal responses across RFPs, RFIs, and proactive pitches. - Architect and evaluate technical stacks using IoMT protocols (Bluetooth LE, Zigbee, LoRa, NB-IoT), FHIR/HL7 standards, and Health Cloud offerings (AWS HealthLake, Azure Health Data Services). - Experience & collaborate with platform and device engineering teams to define interoperable and secure architecture across software and embedded systems. - Support the development of AI-led accelerators in MedTech e.g. device usage analytics, digital twin for device diagnostics. - Assist in positioning the companys Smart Manufacturing for Devices and AI in QARA offerings in client discussions. - Engage in client workshops and internal GTM discussions to shape productized offerings and reusable assets. Required Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. - 10+ years of experience in Digital MedTech, IoMT platforms, Health IT, or embedded medical device software. - Deep understanding of IEC 62304, ISO 13485, HIPAA/GDPR, EU MDR, FDA 510(k) regulations. - Experience in cloud-native health solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and device-cloud data pipelines. - Proven ability to write technical proposals, business use cases, and client-facing whitepapers. 🔹 Preferred Background - Experience with wearables, drug-delivery devices, remote patient monitoring systems. - Prior work in IT engineering firms (e.g., Harman, TCS, Wipro ER&D, LTTS, Infosys) supporting large MedTech clients. - Hands-on experience with smart device integration, AI/ML for diagnostics or workflow automation. - Strong verbal and written communication, ability to interface with CxOs and product leaders.
