Responsibilities Strategic Leadership - Define and execute the engineering strategy for XenonStack's Agentic AI platforms. - Partner with the executive team to align technology roadmaps with business objectives. - Drive innovation in multi-agent orchestration, AI infrastructure, and enterprise integration. Team Leadership & Culture - Build, scale, and mentor a world-class engineering organization across multiple disciplines: - Agent Architecture - AI Interaction Engineering - AgentOps & Observability - Forward Deployed Engineering - Foster a culture of deep work, ownership, and continuous learning. - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in technical hiring and team culture. Execution Excellence - Oversee delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable software in line with enterprise expectations. - Establish metrics for engineering velocity, quality, and customer impact. - Implement best practices for CI/CD, testing, and release management in AI environments. Technology & Architecture Oversight - Provide architectural guidance on multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and large-context LLM deployments. - Ensure scalable, cost-efficient cloud architectures for AI workloads. - Oversee integration of observability, governance, and compliance frameworks into all deployments. Customer & Market Alignment - Engage with strategic customers to understand needs and guide solution design. - Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to inform product and engineering direction. Must-Have SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (Director, VP, or CTO). - Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade AI or large-scale distributed systems. - Strong understanding of LLM architectures, agent orchestration frameworks, and AI infrastructure. Expertise in scaling engineering teams from - Track record of implementing engineering governance, metrics, and high-reliability processes. Good-to-Have - Experience in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or other regulated industries. - Familiarity with AI observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, TruLens, Ragas). - Understanding of model lifecycle management, RLHF, and AI governance frameworks. - Background in leading cross-functional AI adoption initiatives with customers.
