Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager - AI Security and Governance to lead our AI security initiatives and establish comprehensive governance frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure development, deployment, and management of AI systems, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices in AI governance and safeguard our AI assets against emerging threats. Job Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement robust AI security strategies, policies, and frameworks to protect AI systems from vulnerabilities and threats. - Establish and oversee AI governance policies to ensure ethical, compliant, and responsible use of AI technologies. - Lead risk assessments and vulnerability analyses related to AI models, data, and infrastructure. - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, legal, and compliance teams to embed security and governance best practices throughout the AI lifecycle. - Ensure adherence to data privacy laws and ethical standards in AI development and deployment. - Publish thought leadership for AI security and governance, blogs, papers, surveys, etc. - Lead/ assist in drafting proposals and setting up lab for POC/ pre-sales Basic Qualifications: - Degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, SANS-GSEC, AIGP etc.) are a plus. - 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, AI security, or related domains, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data privacy laws, and ethical considerations in AI. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights.
