Job Description About This Role 5to 7years of experience Skills:Generative AI, AI/ML Framework, AI Product Tools, Product Management About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager, AI to define, build, and drive the strategy for our enterprise clients in Generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing AI-driven products, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that transform business operations. Your ability to bridge technical AI capabilities with customer needs will be key to driving success. Key Responsibilities: Define & execute AI product strategy aligned with our client's objectives. Lead market research & competitive analysis to identify business opportunities. Develop business cases for new AI-driven product initiatives. Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive product requirements and user stories. Oversee testing & validation to ensure AI features meet quality and performance standards. Engage with customers & stakeholders to refine AI solutions based on feedback. Optimize user journeys by partnering with marketing and sales for AI-driven engagement. Drive AI personalization & automation, leveraging NLP, sentiment analysis, and recommendation engines. Establish AI analytics & reporting to track performance and continuously improve solutions. Preferred Skills & Expertise: Generative AI product strategy and prototyping AI/ML frameworks (LLMs, RAG, NLP, Sentiment Analysis) Prompt engineering and AI-powered recommendation engine AI product tools (Pendo, Figma/Adobe, Lucidchart, others ) Data-driven decision-making and user experience design principles Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Telecom, MarTech and/or STEM background (preferred but not required) Customer-centric and consultative mindset This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for AI-driven innovation who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
