Job Description About the Role: Impulse Digital is looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer Manager who can lead the creative direction of the design team while also contributing hands-on to key projects. The role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver compelling visual communication across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring smooth workflow and delivery. - Oversee the creation of digital creatives, campaign visuals, branding assets, and motion graphics. - Interpret client briefs and ensure creative concepts align with brand objectives. - Review, refine, and approve final design outputs. - Collaborate with the social media, content, and strategy teams for consistent visual communication. - Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards. - Introduce innovative ideas, design techniques, and creative approaches. - Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and creative execution. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields. - 57 years of agency or digital design experience, with at least 12 years in a lead/managerial role. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and layout. - Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Understanding of motion graphics tools is an added advantage. - Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to think creatively. - Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
