Job Description Job Summary: The Computer Science Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to departmental activities. The role involves developing innovative teaching methods, guiding student projects, and staying updated with the latest advancements in technology and pedagogy. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate and/or postgraduate students. - Design and update curriculum in line with industry trends and academic standards. - Guide students in research projects, internships, and dissertations. - Develop teaching materials, assignments, and assessments. - Engage in academic advising and provide mentorship to students. - Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, and academic committees. - Contribute to accreditation processes and institutional development. - Undertake research, publish papers, and represent the institution at conferences. - Collaborate with industry and academia for projects or guest sessions. Qualifications & Experience: - Educational Qualification: M.Tech / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a recognized university. - Experience: Minimum 03 years of teaching or industry experience. - Preferred Skills & Expertise: - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or R. - Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, or Cyber Security. - Excellent communication and classroom management skills. - Research and publication record in reputed journals (preferred). Key Competencies: - Strong academic and technical knowledge. - Effective teaching and presentation skills. - Student-centered approach and mentoring ability. - Commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
