▷ Immediate Start Senior Design Engineer

Job Summary The Senior Design Engineer will lead the development modification and optimization of engineering designs for products and systems ensuring they meet functional safety and quality standards The role involves advanced use of CAD tools project leadership mentoring and supporting the transition from design to manufacturing Key Responsibilities Develop detailed 2D and 3D models drawings and specifications using CAD software AutoCAD SolidWorks etc Collaborate with production quality and R D teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of designs Interpret customer requirements and convert them into innovative engineering solutions Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to refine concepts and prototypes Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including BOMs drawings and technical reports Conduct design validation prototyping and testing to ensure compliance with standards and specifications Support the manufacturing team during product development troubleshooting and process improvements Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards safety regulations and company policies Continuously research new materials technologies and design methodologies to enhance product performance Provide technical support to sales marketing and customer service teams as needed Additional Responsibilities for Senior Role Lead and mentor a team of junior design engineers and draftsmen providing technical guidance and support Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards Review and approve engineering drawings models and documentation prepared by the team Coordinate with cross-functional teams production quality R D procurement to resolve complex design and manufacturing challenges Drive innovation by introducing new design methodologies materials and technologies to improve product performance and cost-effectiveness Manage design change requests engineering change orders ECOs and ensure proper documentation and communication Support the development and implementation of best practices design standards and continuous improvement initiatives Participate in strategic planning for new product development and contribute to the company s technology roadmap Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards certifications and regulatory requirements Required Skills Qualifications Education Bachelor s Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field mandatory Experience 5 years in design engineering preferably in a manufacturing or heavy engineering environment Technical Skills Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD SolidWorks etc Strong understanding of engineering principles materials and manufacturing processes Ability to interpret and create engineering drawings and technical documentation Knowledge of GD T tolerance analysis and design for manufacturability Familiarity with product lifecycle management PLM tools is an advantage Soft Skills Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking Strong communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 500 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
