We’re Hiring – Data Entry (Coimbatore Location) Looking for detail-oriented candidates to join our Data Entry Team in CoimbatoreKey ResponsibilitiesData Entry and Management Accurately input information into databases, spreadsheets, or customized systems from source documents such as printed files, forms, applications, or scanned images. Maintain and organize records by categorizing, tagging, and storing data appropriately. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output for accuracy. Ensure entries are completed in a timely manner while maintaining productivity standards. Administrative and Documentation Support Prepare, compile, and sort documents before data entry. Generate basic reports based on entered data as requested by managers or clients. Maintain logs of activities and completed tasks. Retrieve data from databases or electronic files upon request. Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents for physical records. Confidentiality and Data Integrity Handle confidential information securely and responsibly. Follow data protection and privacy protocols while entering, storing, or sharing sensitive information. Report discrepancies, errors, or concerns related to data accuracy to supervisors.Skills and Competencies Typing Speed and Accuracy: Fast and precise typing skills (typically 30–50+ WPM depending on role requirements). Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies in data. Computer Proficiency: Good working knowledge of data entry software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and databases. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Organizational Skills: Efficient at managing records, tracking data changes, and storing files systematically. Communication: Basic written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members or supervisors.
