Job Location:Chennai

- Experience in NPD (New product design) - Concept Creation, Detail Design, Modeling & Drawing using CAD tool (Creo).
- Experience in handling large assemblies using simplified reps in Creo.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing process (Machined and Sheetmetal components).
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Knowledge of PDM/PLM tools and Bill of Materials.
- Giving solutions to new concept design.
- BOM preparation, manufacturing drawings & drawing standard knowledge.
- Procuring new parts.
- Knowledge in Semiconductor domain will be an added advantage.

Skills2: #Electromechanical

Job Location:Chennai

- Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical engineer
- 3d cad tools (solid works) and PDM vault
- Expertise in PLM system – ECO/ECN
- Hands on experience in GD&T and stack-up analysis
- Basic understanding of Cable harness and Simulation
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing methods and material selection.
- Exposure to electrical components

Job Location: Bangalore

Skill1: NPD

- NPD/NPI experience
- Experience in Electromechanical product design
- Experience in Semiconductor products is good to have
- Experience in Sheet metal design, Machined component design and Gas lines
- Extensive Experience in Creo
- Experience SAP&ECTR, Wind chill or Teamcenter
- Must have good skills in 3D concept development, 2D development drawings
- knowledge in GD&T and Tolerance analysis
- Engineering change management
- Good Understanding in manufacturing process and welding’s
- Good Understanding in Plating’s, Coating and surface finish requirements
- BOM preparation, manufacturing drawings & drawing standard knowledge

Skill2: Creo CREO, Semi domain, SPM, Hand calculation

- Must have Hands on Experience in CREO, Semi domain, SPM, Hand calculation
- Sound knowledge in designing Mechanical and electrical parts (components).
- Hands on experience in Windchill and Creo schematic*
- Good Knowledge on OEM components.
- Good to have experience on NPD, GD&T

Skill3:Unigraphics, Creo, Inventor.

- Candidate should be good in Mechanical Design, design calculations, SPM Background, strong in mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Preferred CAD tool : Unigraphics, Creo, Inventor.
- PLM Tool : Teamcenter.
- Good in Sheetmetal, GD&T, DFx, Material Selection, OEM Component Selection, Manufacturing, and welding process

Skill4:UG /NX, AutoCAD, Oracle BOM, and/or Oracle ECO.

- Requires knowledge of systems and software necessary to perform job function such as UG /NX, AutoCAD, Oracle BOM, and/or Oracle ECO.
- 3 to 7 Years in the areas of Product Design & Development preferably with Semiconductor, Medical and Aerospace domain.
