Job Description Job Title: Land Acquisition Manager Company: Dharmic Homez Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India About the Role We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Land Acquisition Manager with a strong understanding of the real estate landscape in North Bengaluru. We are looking for an ideal candidate who is fluent in Kannada, and has hands-on experience in land acquisition, joint venture structuring, and on-ground deal closures. This role requires someone who enjoys fieldwork, understands local dynamics, and can confidently engage with landowners, dealers, and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities - Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for residential development. - Manage the end-to-end acquisition process, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, documentation, and closure. - Negotiate and structure Joint Venture agreements with landowners, including percentage-based deals. - Coordinate with legal teams and government departments to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local brokers, authorities, and internal stakeholders. - Conduct regular site visits and fieldwork to assess viability and maintain engagement with local contacts. - Provide insights and updates on land trends, pricing, and developments in North and East Bengaluru.
