Through continuous innovation, we aim to revolutionize industries, streamline processes, and unlock new opportunities for growth and success About the Role The Digital Marketing Associate will support the execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, optimize online presence, and contribute to growth initiatives across platforms. This role is ideal for a professional who can work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving digital trends. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage SEO/SEM activities to improve organic visibility and traffic Oversee social media accounts and create engaging content tailored to Indian audiences Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and others; provide actionable insights Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-performing creatives Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing funnels Optimize website content for search engines and user experience Assist with influencer marketing and affiliate campaigns as needed Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns, metrics, and learnings Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing (broad exposure across SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing) Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English and Hindi.
