Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Growth Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who supports the planning, execution and optimization of growth strategies across marketing channels. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue goals. - Collaborate with marketing, product and analytics team to identify and prioritize growth opportunities - Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth. - Coordinate with sales and product team to align growth activities with company goals - Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and new growth opportunities - Monitoring competitor growth strategies and suggest on the areas of improvements.
