The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and AI technologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions that address complex business problems and enhance decision-making processes. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain scalable Python-based applications with a focus on AI/ML integration - Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Integrate pre-trained AI models and build custom ML workflows using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn - Utilize OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Azure AI, or other APIs to build intelligent features - Optimize performance of ML pipelines and ensure security, scalability, and robustness - Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and DevOps teams for full lifecycle development Qualifications - 5+ Years of experience - Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days is preferred only - Location: Bangalore, India Required Skills - 4+ years of Python development experience in enterprise environments - Experience working with AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI) - Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, model deployment, and REST API integration - Hands-on with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask for serving models - Exposure to LangChain, RAG-based architectures, or LLM fine-tuning - Experience with data handling libraries: Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) Preferred Skills - Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) - Experience with CI/CD, Git, and agile development - Prior experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Risk/Compliance AI solutions.
