As an Advanced AI Engineer at Quantilityy AI, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and scaling AI algorithms, models, and platforms that directly shape our core products and client solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, consulting, client success) to embed AI into enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights.
- Work directly with founders, product leaders, and global clients to translate business requirements into transformative AI products.
- Drive the full AI lifecycle: ideation → design → development → testing → deployment → iteration.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
- Push the boundaries of AI — experimenting with new methodologies, tools, and architectures.

Must-Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and projects.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML Ops stacks.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Nice-to-Have:

- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in AI/ML, EE, or related disciplines.
- Experience building AI-driven SaaS or enterprise solutions.
- Understanding of Generative AI, conversational AI, reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of leading teams/projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior startup or co-founder experience (even if small-scale) is a plus.
