Job Description Spa Therapis About The Opportunity Join a dynamic wellness team focused on delivering premium spa treatments that blend established international therapies with contemporary beauty services. You will be part of a high-touch environment serving discerning guests, supporting retention through exceptional treatment outcomes and outstanding guest care. Role & Responsibilities - Deliver professional spa services including massages, facials, body scrubs/wraps and aromatherapy tailored to each guest's needs and treatment plans. - Perform thorough pre-treatment consultations and skin/body assessments; create and document personalised treatment plans and product recommendations. - Maintain strict hygiene, safety and infection-control standards; prepare and sanitise treatment rooms and equipment between sessions. - Operate spa booking/POS systems for scheduling and payments; manage appointment flow to maximise guest satisfaction and on-time service delivery. - Monitor and manage treatment stock and retail product levels; communicate inventory needs to supervisors. - Capture guest feedback, follow up on post-treatment care, and contribute to improving service protocols and upsell opportunities. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - Certified Massage Therapist or Diploma in Spa/Beauty Therapy. - Proven experience in a luxury spa, hotel spa or high-end salon (onsite role in India). - Proficiency in Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, facial treatments, body scrubs/wraps and reflexology techniques. - Valid First Aid/CPR certification and sound knowledge of sanitation and infection-control protocols. - Strong client consultation, treatment planning and accurate record-keeping; comfortable using spa booking/POS systems.
