PNB Investment Services Limited (PNBISL), incorporated on 2nd of February 2009, is a 100% subsidiary of PunjabNational Bank. PNBISL is registered with SEBI as a Category-I Merchant Bankerto handle all major Merchant Banking Servicesto Corporate, Institutional and Individual clients.PNBISL derives strengthfrom Punjab National Bank which is one of the largestNationalized Bank in the countrywith Pan-India network.
Role: VP / AVP Corporate Advisory
Location: Hyderabad & Kolkatta
Key Responsibilities:
- Origination & execution of mandates in Debt Syndication, M&A, Private Equity, and Debt Resolution
- Drive Business Development and build strong client relationships
- Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs) and pitch decks
- Build and analyse complex Financial Models
- Conduct project appraisals, due diligence, and support deal closures
- Collaborate with Banks, FIs, Corporates, and PE/VC Funds
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- CA / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
- For AVP role 8+ years experience and for VP role 12+ years experience of relevant experience in Project Finance / Investment Banking / Corporate Advisory
- Proven track record in deal origination, financial structuring & stressed asset resolution
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
