Executive Assistant - Remote - Part-Time Reports to: CEO & Founder, Career Shifts Consulting Location: Remote (Bangalore preferred for occasional in-person syncs) Compensation: TBD Time Commitment: 3–4 hours/day | Monday to Friday About the Role You’ll work directly with leadership at Career Shifts Consulting to bring structure, rhythm, and executional clarity to a fast-evolving leadership consulting and coaching practice. This isn’t an assistant role—it’s about orchestrating momentum behind the scenes. You’ll anchor calendars, manage priorities, and coordinate across client work, academia, and brand-building initiatives. You’ll run operations with precision, and step in when needed to drive follow-ups, shape outreach, and turn vision into action. This role is for someone who thrives on structure, moves with quiet confidence, and finds meaning in enabling purposeful work—not chasing titles. What You’ll Own Founder Support & Calendar Ownership Manage daily calendar across coaching, consulting, teaching, and podcasts Coordinate Zoom links, prep buffers, and prevent overload Handle travel bookings, event logistics, and itinerary planning Client Engagement Support Maintain trackers for client conversations, podcast guests, and project progress Support email follow-ups, calendar invites, and first-draft outreach Organize decks, files, and content across tools (Google Drive, Notion, Trello) Admin & Ops Track weekly expenses and maintain reimbursement logs Ensure contracts, proposals, and MoUs are filed and accessible Coordinate with freelancers (podcast editors, interns) and track deliverables Optional – Variable-Linked Contributions (Eligible for Incentives) Drive follow-through on business development leads via LinkedIn Manage outreach lists and nudge open proposals Help close podcast guest bookings Who You Are 0–5 years of experience in HR, Admin, Ops, or consulting support roles Exceptionally organized, proactive, and professional Strong written and spoken English; confident in email communication Comfortable using Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, Notion Available 3–4 hours/day with flexibility for founder time zones and urgent needs Based in Bangalore (preferred) with openness to occasional in-person meetings Why This Role Matters You’ll be the force behind the founder—helping a purpose-led business run with clarity and calm.
