subject matter expert and provide leadership in one or more areas of the project with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems to create solutions that drive the business goals of the company xe2xa6x81 Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends experimenting with and learning new technologies participating in internal external technology communities mentoring other members of the engineering community and from time to time be asked to code or evaluate code xe2xa6x81 Own delivery of end to end software development in design development test release and maintenance xe2xa6x81 Collaborate with Architects and contribute in design solutioning of products xe2xa6x81 Ensure adherence to architecture standards risk management and security standards xe2xa6x81 Participate in the design discussions and break down requirements into HLD and LLD as applicable solutions on project priorities and requirements xe2xa6x81 Develop well managed applications implementing best coding practices testable efficient code with reusability xe2xa6x81 Provide support guidance to the team members on the technical queries xe2xa6x81 Work with development teams and product managers in prioritizing the requirements and manage development teams to deliver as per committed timelines xe2xa6x81 Define the stories complexities and effort estimations for every sprint xe2xa6x81 Ideate on improving the applications using implementation of cutting-edge technologies xe2xa6x81 Strictly follow scrum practices and adhere to Definition of Done principles defined in the product teams Basic Qualifications xe2xa6x81 Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related field xe2xa6x81 At least 6 years of experience in software engineering xe2xa6x81 At least 3 years experience with a public cloud AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud xe2xa6x81 Strong problem-solving skills xe2xa6x81 Excellent communication and teamwork with experience in collaborating with onshore team stakeholders xe2xa6x81 Experience in building scalable real time applications using Microservices Architecture xe2xa6x81 Experience in deployment process building compliance adhered software xe2xa6x81 Experience in troubleshooting debugging applications and proactive participation in testing and bug fixes xe2xa6x81 Ability to build scalable applications working on a continuous deliveryenvironment writing production ready code Preferred Qualifications xe2xa6x81 Master s Degree xe2xa6x81 Knowledge of backend technologies like Java Preferred Springboot Microservices JSON
