The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, answering and transferring phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and performing clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized reception area, handling inquiries and providing information about the company, and supporting administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications - Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills - Proficient in clerical skills and general office tasks - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently - Professional appearance and demeanor - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist or administrative assistant are a plus.
