Urgent: Assistant/ Associate Professor For Fire

Job Title Assistant Associate Professor - Fire Safety Joining Date Immediate Minimum Qualifications Experience Master s Degree in Fire Safety Engineering Industrial Safety Occupational Health Safety or related discipline from a recognized university Ph D in Fire Safety Safety Engineering preferred Minimum 2 years of teaching research or relevant industry experience in fire safety occupational safety or risk management Strong academic record publications in reputed journals will be an added advantage Candidates should meet UGC AICTE norms as applicable Key Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Fire Safety Disaster Management and Industrial Safety Develop update and revise curriculum to align with industry standards and safety regulations Train students in fire prevention firefighting techniques occupational safety and emergency response Guide research projects dissertations and case studies in safety management Conduct safety drills workshops and practical demonstrations Collaborate with industry for internships industrial visits and applied research Mentor students for professional and career growth Participate in departmental and university committees and academic initiatives Desirable Qualifications Skills Expertise in Disaster Management Industrial Safety Environmental Health Safety EHS Risk Assessment or Occupational Safety Practical exposure in firefighting systems hazard analysis and safety audits Certifications such as NEBOSH IOSH NFPA OSHA will be an added advantage Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to integrate real-world safety practices with academic teaching Pay Scale 30 000 - 70 000 per month commensurate with qualifications and experience Application Process Interested candidates should submit the following to hr niilmuniversity ac in with the subject line Application - Assistant Associate Professor Fire Safety Updated CV Cover Letter mentioning the position applied for Scanned copies of academic and experience certificates Job Type Full-time Pay 30 217 61 - 70 127 48 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
