Job Description Key Responsibilities - Lead functional analysis for RTD use cases (e.g., next-best-action, personalized offers, customer journey orchestration). - Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. - Define and manage decision logic, business rules, segmentation strategies, and outcome scenarios aligned with marketing and CX objectives. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives. - Guide the team in Agile best practices; track progress, manage sprint metrics, and drive continuous improvement. - Maintain and groom Azure DevOps (ADO) board, user stories, backlog items, and delivery timelines. - Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable, real-time decisioning frameworks. - Conduct discovery sessions and requirement workshops with marketing, analytics, and technology stakeholders. - Own functional design documentation, solution blueprints, and ensure traceability to business outcomes. - Support the engineering and QA teams with test case development and decision logic validation. - Drive rollout, adoption, and training of RTD platforms across business units. - Partner with analytics teams to monitor KPIs, optimize decision strategies, and ensure measurable impact.
