Responsibilities:
- Automate functional, regression, and smoke tests using internal and open-source tools.
- Manage test cases, create test data, and automate bug captures.
- Measure test progress and publish daily and weekly status reports.
- Define test specifications for functional and integration testing.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team in the continuous build and deployment process.
- Report test coverage and participate in troubleshooting.
- Perform manual testing and coverage for new features that have not yet been automated, including Black Box and White Box testing.
- Create and maintain test plans as our product grows in functionality.
- Stay self-motivated and continuously learn new software tools and best practices in software quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Overall, 6+ years of experience in functional testing.
- 4+ years of experience in automation testing using Playwright, Selenium or a framework.
- Hands-on experience Rest Assured
- Strong experience in test case management, test data creation, and automated bug capture.
- Proven ability to measure test progress and publish status reports.
- Experience defining test specifications for functional and integration testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the DevOps team in continuous build and deployment processes.
- Proficiency in reporting test coverage and participating in troubleshooting.
- Experience in manual testing, including Black Box and White Box testing.
- Ability to create and maintain test plans.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new software tools and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
