Job Description Key Responsibilities - Project coordination: - Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale events, summits, webinars, and community meets - Support logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site event operations - Help manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables - Coordinate multimedia communications and promotional materials for events - Assist with CRM management and support pipeline reporting, and sales operations workflows for leads generated. - Content creation & management: - Create, edit, and proofread engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, events and marketing collateral - Support maintenance of content calendars and editorial workflows - Develop supporting materials including case studies, guides, ebooks, and pitch decks. - Support event planning, promotion, and follow-up activities.
