About role:

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external brand partners. You'll be responsible for building and executing brand strategies that align with our channel goals, while managing relationships, budgets, and campaign timelines. Your role will be central to driving brand awareness, growing partnerships, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- POC for Brand Partners: Serve as the main contact between the company and brand partners, managing relationships to ensure alignment and success in marketing initiatives.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships while understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring consistency and market positioning.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from conception to delivery, ensuring timely, effective, and impactful results.
- Budget Management: Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and that marketing spend is optimized.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring clear communication across teams and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights to optimize future campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactively identify challenges and find creative solutions to ensure the success of campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Experience in Brand Marketing: Previous experience in brand management, marketing campaigns, or a related field.
- Client Management: Proven experience in managing and maintaining client relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive brand strategies.
- Budget Management: Experience with managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well with a diverse group of people.
- Data-Driven: Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
