Requisites:

- Provide L3-level support for IAM + SailPoint in a mission-critical banking environment.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
- Design, architect, and optimize OAM + SailPoint platforms; manage capacity and upgrades.
- Lead major incidents and mentor L1/L2 teams; produce post-incident reports.
- Define standards and implement automation (scripts/Infra-as-Code).
- Participate in DR/BCP drills and performance baselining.
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
