Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Python Developer, located in Los Angeles, CA, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. The Python Developer will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end systems and applications to support Scan-Logic's innovative legal finance technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating database management systems, and troubleshooting software issues. Qualifications - 25 years of professional development experience with Python and No Code Plateform. - Prior experience working on AI-driven applications, automation tools, or ML model integration. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proficiency in Software Development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Programming. - Experience working with Databases and designing efficient database schemas. - Familiarity with system integration and API development is advantageous. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Experience in legal finance tech and familiarity with e-billing systems is a plus. Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup-style environment. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Commitment to quality and meeting deadlines. Work Setup - Primary Work Location: Faridabad, Haryana (Physical office) - Hybrid Option: Available for highly suitable candidates - MondaySaturday or as per company schedule
