Who you are: - You're a hands-on engineer who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, loves solving complex problems, and is passionate about learning emerging technologies. - You understand both AI models and data infrastructure, and you enjoy taking things from concept to production. What you'll do: - Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions (LLMs, predictive analytics, RAG, NLP, CV, etc.) - Collaborate closely with data and platform teams on end-to-end pipelines - Contribute to productizing AI capabilities across domains (BFSI, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing) - Experiment with Palantir Foundry, Databricks, OpenAI, and Anthropic toolchains What we're looking for: - 210 years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or full-stack ML systems - Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and modern MLOps (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Curiosity to explore, ability to learn fast, and appetite to build from scratch - Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon (Gurugram).
