Job Description Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a clinical setting, ensuring their comfort and safety while adhering to best practices and protocols. Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. - Monitor and record vital signs and patient health indicators. - Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes. - Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. - Document patient care activities accurately and timely. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or Diploma in Nursing. - Registered Nurse (RN) license recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. - Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred. - Knowledge of patient care procedures and protocols. - Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR).
