Mandatory Skills: Implement and optimize SAP Ariba Downstream modules such as Buying Guided Buying and eInvoicing through Cloud Integration Gateway CIG Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align SAP Ariba solutions with business procurement strategies Provide expert guidance on SAP Ariba configuration customization integration and CIG setup Analyze procurement workflows and recommend improvements leveraging SAP Ariba capabilities and CIG Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards using SAP Ariba tools Stay upda Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience as an SAP Ariba CIG Consultant to optimize procurement processes including Buying Guided Buying and eInvoicing ted with the latest SAP Ariba product developments CIG enhancements and industry best practices Mentor and support junior team members on SAP Ariba Downstream functionalities and CIG integration Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout project lifecycles Roles and Responsibilities Lead endtoend delivery of SAP Ariba Downstream projects focusing on Buying Guided Buying eInvoicing and Cloud Integration Gateway CIG configurations Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications related to SAP Ariba and CIG Oversee system configuration CIG setup testing and deployment activities to ensure quality deliverables Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot and optimize system performance and integration issues Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance user adoption of SAP Ariba and CIG functionalities Monitor project timelines risks and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion Provide strategic insights to senior management on procurement process improvements using SAP Ariba and integration tools Identify automation opportunities within the procurement cycle to foster continuous improvement and streamline integration processes Skills Mandatory Skills : SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio),SAP Ariba Downstream Solutions (Buying-Guided Buying- eInvoicing)
