Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Concierge Ambassador. The Concierge Ambassador will be responsible for assisting guests with their inquiries, providing recommendations for dining and entertainment, and arranging special requests or services. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure guests have a seamless and exceptional experience from arrival to departure. Daily tasks include greeting guests, managing reservations, and facilitating cultural immersion activities.

Qualifications

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in local knowledge and cultural insights of Rajasthan
- Experience in hospitality or concierge services
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi and/or other languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
