Date Job Title: 06-Nov-25 Department Location: Mumbai Business Line / Function Client Engagement and Protection IT Functions Domain Reports To (Direct) Grade (if applicable) (Functional) Number Of Direct Reports NA Directorship / Registration NA Position Purpose We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our team, with a focus on designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes (K8s). The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in developing full-stack applications using Java and related technologies. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack Java applications using Angular, Spring Boot, and other related technologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and to develop solutions that meet business needs - Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications, using best practices and design patterns - Work with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) to containerize and orchestrate applications, ensuring seamless deployment and management - Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code is maintainable, efficient, and follows industry standards - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, using debugging tools and techniques to identify and fix problems - Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery. - Demonstrate strong team player qualities by collaborating effectively with team members, product managers, and other stakeholders. - Using Agile methodologies, ensure timely and high-quality deliveries. - Follow all the processes and guidelines for project and business group. Contributing Responsibilities - Contribute towards innovation; suggest new functional practices for improving the regulatory solution. - Identify opportunities for improvement, and is able to develop and implement new ideas and approaches Technical & Behavioral Competencies Must Have - 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack Java development - Strong proficiency in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and related technologies - Spring Boot (2-3 years of experience) - Angular (2-3 years of experience) - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for containerization and orchestration - Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices - Level 3 production support tasks - Able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities - Effectively communicates technical ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve technical issues - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Good to have - Proficiency in Unix commands and Shell scripting.
