Job Title Car Sales Executive Department Car Sales Reports To Sales Manager Team Leader Job Summary The Car Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional sales and after-sales service The role involves achieving monthly sales targets understanding customer needs and promoting the dealership s products and services effectively Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting through calls social media Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles variants and financing options Explain vehicle features specifications warranty and after-sales services in detail Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance Prepare and deliver quotations proforma invoices and necessary documentation for booking and delivery Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all models new launches schemes and competitors products Coordinate with the finance and insurance department for customer loan and insurance processing Follow up with customers on inquiries bookings and pending payments Ensure smooth delivery experience and timely vehicle handover Maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat sales Update and maintain CRM records and daily sales reports Participate in marketing and promotional events organized by the dealership Key Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and convincing abilities Customer-focused and result-oriented attitude Good presentation and product knowledge Basic understanding of vehicle finance and insurance Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Qualifications Experience Education Graduate Diploma in any discipline Preferred BBA B Com or Automobile background Experience 1-3 years in automobile retail sales freshers with good communication can also apply License Valid four-wheeler driving license Performance Indicators KPI Monthly sales target achievement Customer satisfaction and feedback score Lead conversion ratio Referral and repeat business generation Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
