Job Description: BFSI Executive Location: Mumbai Department: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BFSI Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting banking operations, client relationship management, sales of financial products, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. Candidates with strong communication skills and experience in banking/finance will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day banking and financial service operations Assist in promoting and selling financial products such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers Provide guidance and support to customers on financial services and documentation Handle customer queries, service requests, and ensure timely resolution Coordinate with internal departments for account processing, KYC, and compliance Achieve assigned sales and service targets Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and RBI/IRDA guidelines Support branch activities and participate in promotional events Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery Required Qualifications & Skills Graduate (Any stream).
