▷ (Urgent) VP-Negotiator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our BFSI client's Global Contract Services team as a Vice President – Negotiator for on-site Pune location.. This is a high-impact leadership role within one of the largest legal teams in the financial services sector, offering visibility, growth, and the chance to influence critical market operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and execute derivatives and trading agreements (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, Futures, etc.)
- Partner with global stakeholders across credit risk, trading, collateral, treasury, tax, and onboarding
- Act as a subject matter expert on master agreements while mentoring team members
- Lead negotiations, manage risk, and deliver high-quality legal outcomes in a dynamic global environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in derivatives master agreements and collateral arrangements
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks (IM/VM requirements)
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- LLB (preferred), with flexibility to work UK hours
- Minimum of 7 yrs experience managing ISDA negotiations
- Total PQE should be 14-20 yrs
