This is a foundational role focused on design systems, documentation, and design-to-dev efficiency. Youll collaborate across functions to maintain clarity, consistency, and component reuse.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the product design system in Figma.
- Audit product interfaces to identify inconsistencies and build scalable patterns.
- Document usage guidelines and handoff specs for dev teams.
- Partner with design leads and frontend developers for clean implementation.
Requirements
- 35 years experience working with design systems.
- Eye for visual polish, spacing, consistency, and component logic.
- Experience building shared libraries and tokens.
