We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, customize solutions, and provide ongoing technical support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of transformative projects in the HCM domain.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and gather requirements from stakeholders for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for HCM solutions.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Create technical documentation including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams on HCM functionalities.
- Stay updated with Oracle Fusion HCM updates and enhancements and implement them as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Time and Labor.
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Experience in integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Familiarity with HCM Cloud security model and data privacy regulations.
- Ability to work with XML and web services for system integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
