Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, TDS/GST filings, PF compliances and other related tasks. The right candidate should be hands-on with Tally, Excel and up to date with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally
- File TDS returns accurately and on time
- Handle PF, ESI and other statutory compliance filings
- Reconcile vendor, customer and bank accounts
- Make timely vendor payments
- Support audits and assist with monthly/year-end closing
- Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues

Requirements

Essential:

- Solid understanding of accounting Income Tax, GST, TDS and PF
- Proficient in Tally and MS Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong reporting and compliance skills
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)/ CA-Inter (Dropout)
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
