By clicking the Apply button I understand that my employment application process with Takeda will commence and that the information I provide in my application will be processed in line with Takeda s and I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge The Future Begins Here At Takeda we are leading digital evolution and global transformation By building innovative solutions and future-ready capabilities we are meeting the needs of patients our people and the planet Bengaluru the city which is India s epicenter of Innovation has been selected to be home to Takeda s recently launched Innovation Capability Center We invite you to join our digital transformation journey In this role you will have the opportunity to boost your skills and become the heart of an innovative engine that is contributing to global impact and improvement At Takeda s ICC we Unite in Diversity Takeda is committed to creating an inclusive and collaborative workplace where individuals are recognized for their backgrounds and the abilities they bring to our company We are continuously improving our collaborators journey in Takeda and we welcome applications from all qualified candidates Here you will feel welcomed respected and valued as an important contributor to our diverse team THE OPPORTUNITY ERP SAP SCM IBP Supply Planning Consultant will Work on global transformational projects local deployment projects or IBP factory change requests primarily in SAP IBP Supply planning Inventory Optimization Support the development and definition of the strategy for the product line capabilities by proactively identifying changes in business and the technology landscape that would impact the ERP portfolio and developments through the lifecycle SAP APO SAP IBP SAP ECC SAP Cloud Platform Ensure integrated design build and deployment and operations of responsible product line Ensure that dependencies are understood managed and communicated Ensure business continuity through operational and service excellence of responsible product lines Work with internal teams and customer service to identify classify and prioritize feature-level customer issues Partners with leaders within business and countries possess strong knowledge of both business and technology to drive SAP planning solutions to harmonization optimization and operational excellence of the ERP Services ACCOUNTABILITIES A solid business understanding of supply planning processes combined with a hands-on SAP configuration experience Candidate should understand integration points and dependencies between the SAP IBP Supply planning components and other SAP ECC S 4 HANA or SAP APO modules Participate in the design of roadmaps for product line ensuring integration into the overall product management roadmap and release plans SAP APO SAP IBP SAP ECC SAP S 4 HANA SAP Cloud Platform and raising any issues related to the critical path of the product to the Product Owner SCM SAP managers and ERP Platform counterparts Participate in the definition of user requirements user stories functional technical specifications and the update review of Design Papers and process flows Work closely with the key business and IT stakeholders and third-party providers to deliver new application solutions and enhancements to existing applications Act as the go to SCM IBP Supply planning specialist for stakeholders and liaison driver for business community Possess strong knowledge of both business and technology regarding SAP SCM Planning solutions and developments Lead resolution of complex problems with a global impact on the business and identify opportunities to streamline business and or layered system processes and ensure delivered work meets technical functional performance and business requirements as well as best practices Actively engage with the release and engagement teams major programs ensuring active adoption and deployment of product line capabilities Support active engagements and continuous improvement as required Ensure alignment with Business Process Owners and IT Business Partners to drive engagement process design prioritization and deployment support across the respective areas Lead the team of dedicated IBP delivery consultants bringing solutions through transformational projects deployment projects or change requests coming from back-log Train junior consultants and actively hand over knowledge to other team members EDUCATION BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Required Bachelor s degree in computer science Commerce or equivalent Overall 8 to 10 years of experience Working experience from major consulting companies focusing on implementation of SAP IBP Minimum of 4-5 years of practical consulting experience in SAP IBP -
