Job Description Microland is looking for aTechnical Managerto lead and support our enterprise network infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in network security and wireless technologies, hands-on experience with Juniper SRX, and the ability to manage and mentor a high-performing team while contributing as an individual contributor when required. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a team of network engineers supporting enterprise customers. - Design, implement, and troubleshoot network solutions, primarily usingJuniper SRX,Mist WLAN,Cisco WLAN, andAruba WLANtechnologies. - Mandatory Skills - Juniper SRXstrong configuration and troubleshooting experience. - Mist WLAN,Cisco WLAN, andAruba WLAN hands-on expertise. - Proven ability tolead technical teamsand act as anindividual contributorwhen needed. Preferred / Added Advantage - Juniper Certification (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, etc.) Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise networking and network management.
