Job Description - Grade Specific Your role: Key role and responsibility will be to provide support to Non-lending, savings, deposits and checking account bank customers throughout their lifecycle, actioning requests and executing processes required to service and maintain products and services in line with Customer Group policies and procedures. Keeping the end customer front of mind, you will action every request, decision, task and outcome by demonstrating care, empathy, and confidence, building trust, taking ownership, and acting with integrity towards our customers, partners and brokers at all timesCollege degree in with 0-2 years relevant work experience in similar processes with good oral and written communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office. Your Profile: . Work is routine and structured. Basic job and financial services industry knowledge required. . Tasks are performed in accordance with clear and detailed instructions provided by leader and/or documented procedures and knowledge management sources and artefacts. . Responsible for own work within established routines, methods and procedures. Supervision required to ensure consistency with established routines, methods and procedures. . Takes joint responsibility with others for team and functional area outcomes, and contribution to enterprise results. . Adheres to key performance metrics and service levels typical of an operations environment. . Understands business plans and key operational objectives and supports business outcomes through a focus on exceptional service delivery. Focuses on immediate objectives. . May have delegated authority for specific activities within the team, which is to be exercised consistently with the job function and within established policies and procedures.
