We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for our Safety Drive Support Systems division in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the automotive or safety technology sectors, with a proven ability to drive growth and build strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans for Safety Drive Support Systems in India.
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies.
- Track and report on business development metrics and performance indicators.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive or safety technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of Safety Drive Support Systems and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
