Position Overview: We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong visual design capabilities and a passion for exploring creative applications in technology. The ideal candidate will have experience across both print and digital media, and be eager to contribute to a dynamic, high-tech environment alongside product, marketing, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, design, and deliver creative assets for various applications, including: - Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, standees, event materials). - Digital campaigns (social media creatives, web banners, email graphics, ad image). - Visual storytelling for presentations, product demos, and pitch decks. - Branding assets and ensuring visual consistency across all platforms. - Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual communication. - Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc.) or equivalent. - Prepare rough concepts for review, iterate based on feedback, and finalize designs for delivery. - Ensure design output is optimized for both print and digital formats. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply design thinking and maintain a user-centric design approach. - Basic video editing skills are a plus. Qualifications: - Proven graphic designing experience of 3-5 years. - A strong portfolio of Print and Digital Designs. - Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop/ Affinity, Sketch/ Figma & PowerPoint). - A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Understanding color theory. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. - A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus. - Proven graphic design experience across both print and digital media.
