Position: Project Manager / Business Analyst Location: Indore, MP Type: Full-time | Hybrid Key Responsibilities Project Management - Lead end-to-end projectdelivery — from planning and execution to launch and post-release success. - Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgetsefficiently. - Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure progressand transparency. - Identify project risks early and drive proactivemitigation. - Foster collaboration and maintain momentumacross cross-functional teams. Business Analysis & Insights - Partner with clientsand stakeholders to deeply understand their business needs and goals. - Elicit, document, and validate detailedbusiness and functional requirements. - Translate business objectives into actionable user stories and technical tasks. - Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for both clients and internal stakeholders — turning data into decisions. Agile / Scrum Master Support - Act as a Scrum Master when needed — facilitating ceremonies, promoting Agile best practices, and ensuring sprint success. - Support teams in achieving high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Communication - Serve as the communication bridgebetween clients, developers, and leadership. - Provide clear updatesthrough project reports,status trackers, and performance dashboards. - Manage expectations, build trust, and nurture long-termclient relationships throughclarity and transparency. Required Skills& Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in ComputerScience, IT, Business, or related field. - 4–8 years of experience as a Project Manager/ Business Analystin a softwaredevelopment environment. - Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Strong understanding of SDLC, web, and mobile app development processes. - Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Trello,Confluence, or Asana. - Excellent analytical thinking,documentation, and communication skills. - Certificationas a Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) is a plus.
