Role Overview:

We are looking for a Backend Full Stack Developer with strong backend fundamentals and a solid understanding of full-stack architecture. Youll be working closely with the product, hardware, and data science teams to build scalable and secure health-tech platforms. If you are passionate about solving real-world health problems through technology, this is your calling

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for mobile and web apps.
- Build and manage data pipelines for health data (ECG, glucose, BP, etc.) and integrate with AI/ML modules.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Optimize performance, improve code quality, and ensure system security and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Contribute to architecture decisions and participate in code reviews.
- Work with IoT and BLE data streaming from medical devices and sync with cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software components and systems.

Required Qualifications:

- B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent (4-year course) with a minimum of 70% aggregate
- 25 years of experience in backend or full stack development

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, or Python Django/Flask
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) or other cloud platforms
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Knowledge of React.js or Next.js for frontend integration
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker
- Comfortable with JWT/Auth0 for secure authentication

Good to Have:

- Familiarity with BLE communication and IoT device integration
- Experience in data visualization for health metrics
- Knowledge of GraphQL and Serverless frameworks
- Background in AI/ML model integration in production
