Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience to support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals, and should be comfortable handling IT or Non-IT hiring. Mass hiring or sales hiring experience will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities - Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms - Handle IT, Non-IT, Sales, or mass hiring requirements as needed - Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews - Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers - Manage candidate pipeline and follow-ups - Maintain recruitment trackers and reports - Assist with offer negotiation and onboarding - Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Requirements - 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition - Strong sourcing experience using Naukri and LinkedIn - Prior experience in sales hiring or mass hiring preferred - Experience in IT or Non-IT hiring - Strong communication and coordination skills - Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle - Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously Nice to Have - Experience working with ATS - Knowledge of HR processes - Experience in social media sourcing Why Join Us - Great learning exposure - Fast-paced work environment - Career growth opportunities
