TCS is Hiring for SAP BTP Consultant

Experience : 10-15 years

Location : Chennai / PAN India

NP : Immediate to 30 days

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP development
2. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. Leverage deep understanding of SAP BTP services, including SAP BTP, process automation, data management, integration, analytics, and application development to work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective SAP BTP solutions
4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
5. Drive the technical design and implementation of SAP BTP solutions, leveraging technologies like SAP CAP, RAP, and ABAP where needed
6. Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP development
7. Hands-on experience in both SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), and SAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
8. Deep understanding of SAP BTP services, including Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and other relevant technologies.
9. Experience with setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
10. Knowledge of various integration patterns, including API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, and message-based integration.
11. Experience with developing and deploying cloud-native applications using technologies like Node.js, Java, or Python.
12. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and ensure code quality and performance in a cloud or hybrid environment.
13. Strong technical skills in SAP BTP Framework, including Application Development, Business Process Automation, Cloud Integration, Extension Suite, and Data Management

Good-to-Have

1. SAP Certification in BTP
2. Worked in SAP BTP practice, including recruitment, training, and capability building.
3. Manage relationship with SAP and other ecosystem partners, including hyperscaler partners
4. Experience in multi-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
5. Exposure to machine learning, IoT, or AI services within SAP BTP.
6. Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
7. Knowledge of data governance and security standards
