The Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes for air clean products including Passbox Laminar Air Flow units Biosafety Cabinets FFU and Air Shower systems This role ensures that production is efficient safe and meets the highest quality standards required for cleanroom and HVAC applications Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for air clean products ensuring adherence to schedules and quality benchmarks Analyze and optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve product quality Troubleshoot technical issues on the production line and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime Collaborate with cross-functional teams R D Quality Maintenance to implement process improvements and new technologies Develop and maintain standard operating procedures SOPs production documentation and quality control protocols Ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental standards and industry-specific requirements ISO cGMP etc Train and guide production staff on equipment operation safety protocols and best practices Monitor production data identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage the supply chain and ensure timely delivery of materials and components Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in cleanroom and HVAC manufacturing Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production engineering preferably in HVAC cleanroom or air filtration manufacturing Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes production systems and quality control methodologies Proficiency in process optimization lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles Familiarity with CAD software and statistical process control SPC Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient production processes Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Experience with production planning and scheduling software Knowledge of Industry 4 0 technologies and smart manufacturing added advantage Experience with cleanroom product validation DQ IQ OQ documentation Benefits Competitive salary Opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and expanding company How to Apply Interested candidates who meet the qualifications and are available for immediate joining should send their resume and cover letter to cv airtech gmail com with the subject line Production Engineer Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Adibatla Andhra Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Willing to join on short notice Experience total work 10 years Required Location Adibatla Andhra Pradesh Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 11 2024
