Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Telecalling Intern based in Jaipur. The role involves reaching out to prospective students via phone, providing them with information about NEET preparation resources, and assisting them in understanding the benefits of the offered services. The intern will handle inquiries, follow up with leads, maintain accurate records of interactions, and support the enrollment process. Effective communication and a customer-centric approach will be key aspects of the day-to-day tasks. Qualifications - Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner - Ability to explain information clearly and address queries effectively - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude - Basic computer literacy and the ability to maintain records and update databases - Self-motivated with good organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred - Prior experience in telecalling or a customer-facing role is a plus
